Thinklaser USA Inc is proud to announce effective immediately a long term Licensing Agreement with MKS/ESI for the WaferMark® Product Line.

This agreement gives Thinklaser USA Inc exclusive worldwide rights for all Sales and Support (Spares & Service) on a global basis for these WaferMark® Products.

Thinklaser USA Inc will be partnering with all our regular global regional teams to support all users of this critical market worldwide.

System Manufacturing and Engineering will now be located in our headquarters in Camarillo, CA USA.

We are very excited for this opportunity and look forward to working with all global users on this very important Product Line. This agreement also gives the WaferMark® ProductLinealongtermhomewithfocusonfutureimprovement and development.

Thinklaser USA Inc will be working very closely with MKS/ESI over the next few months to ensure a smooth transition of these WaferMark® Products.

MKS is pleased to partner with Thinklaser USA Inc to continue the availability of our WaferMark® products for our loyal customers. We wanted to ensure continuity of supply and support for our customers, and this agreement achieves that goal, John Williams ESI General Manager.
