Our Commitment

We are very committed to the success of these WaferMark products. Thinklaser USA will work with our Customer’s to formulate a plan to maintain and support these WaferMark systems. In parallel we can work with you on new tool production and requirements, to add or replace the current systems if desired. We have the core knowledge and existing resources in place to make a immediate impact. This allows you to use your existing resources in other places more critical to your Operation.

  • Develop a Support Plan on the existing Tools Sets.
  • Setup User Group.
  • Review parts obsolescence find source or direct replacements.
  • Review and create documentation as required. 
  • Provide engineering support as required.
  • Discuss future tool requirements as needed.
